On Location at a TV Market Research Office

This photo shoot was tremendously fun! The office is set up so that there are giant theaters – all with 2-way glass – and dials where people can in real time give their feedback on a movie of TV show as well as smaller market research rooms. I couldn’t help but ask questions of my host all through the shoot since I was so intrigued by the idea of what they do. They told me that it is in their rooms that characters from TV shows get killed off (because so many people respond negatively in the market research process) or actors sit behind the 1-way glass and listen to the feedback on how much people like them. Fascinating stuff!
